Whatever your problem weather your internet has stopped working or you have a new printer that needs setting up. Stuff like this can’t be done at the shop for obvious reasons so we will come to you.

We provide these services to a wide area including but not limited to:

How much do we charge for this great service you ask?

Problem	Maximum Time To Resolve	Maximum Charge
Internet Troubleshooting	1 and a half hours	£75
Printer or other device setup	1 hour	£50
New Computer Setup	1 and a half hours	£75.00

We charge £50.00 for the first hour and £25.00 for every half an hour after that. If we finish the problem sooner than what our maximum time for the repair is we charge you less. If it takes us longer. you still only pay the maximum listed in the table above.

What happens if we can’t fix it?

Under the extremely rare circumstances where we are unable to fix the problem for you on site we will take the the machine back to our workshop and try to sort it out for you there if possible. (We will bring it back and set it up our self again of course.)
