Subnet1 is a computer, laptop, Mac, phone, tablet, games console, data recovery and CCTV repair and sales business based in Eastcote / Pinner, London.

We do not take or store online card payments through this website. Payment for repairs is taken in store or on collection/delivery.

- Call, email or message us on WhatsApp;
- Visit our shop and leave a device for repair;

When you leave a device with us for repair, recovery or upgrade, we may need to access the device to diagnose and complete the work. We only access the data necessary to carry out the agreed service, we treat anything we see as strictly confidential, and we do not copy, share or retain your personal files except where this is essential to the repair (for example, during a data recovery or data transfer service you have requested).
