Can I tell you my budget and let you choose the parts?
Absolutely — that’s how most of our builds start. You give us a budget and how you’ll use the PC, and we put together the best balance of CPU, graphics, memory and storage for it. We’ll always explain what you’re getting and why.
Do you use genuine, brand-new parts?
Yes. Every build uses genuine, brand-new components from trusted brands, with full manufacturer warranty. We’ll tell you exactly which parts go into your machine.
Can you upgrade my existing PC instead of building new?
Yes. If your current PC just needs a boost, we can add a new graphics card, more memory, faster SSD storage or better cooling. We’ll advise whether an upgrade or a fresh build gives you better value.
How long does a custom build take?
Most builds are ready within a few days, depending on the parts and how busy we are. We’ll give you a clear timeframe when you approve your quote.
Do you offer a warranty on custom builds?
Yes. Your components carry their manufacturer warranty, and we stand behind the build itself. If anything isn’t right, bring it back to our Eastcote shop and we’ll sort it.
